IP Office
Avaya IP Office is an "all
in one" solution supporting voice and data
communications with a suite of business applications
designed for small and mid-sized businesses.
IP Office can be set up as a traditional
PBX, an IP telephony server, or a combination
of both. It meets the needs of businesses that
want to implement traditional telephony today,
and evolve to IP over time, as well as businesses
ready to implement a full IP solution now.
IP Office can be configured for
a single site location, a branch location (e.g.,
"small of large"), a call center, or
a conference bridge unit. With its networking
features, businesses can extend communications
capabilities remotely, centralize voice communications
across multiple sites, or connect branch sites.

Partner ACS
PARTNER Advanced Communications
System is designed to help meet the complex business
needs facing small enterprises today-with room
for growth tomorrow. The "brain" of
the system is a compact processor modular that
supports 3 incoming lines and 8 extensions. The
maximum system configuration is 15 lines and 48
extensions, or 31 lines and 8 extensions. Depending
on your requirements, the processor module can
operate on its own or with a 2-slot or 5-slot
carrier and additional expansion modules. These
expansion modules add lines and extensions to
the system, or additional features like voice
messaging and symmetric digital subscriber line
(SDSL) support.
The PARTNER Advanced Communications
System supports a wide variety of features that
can be combined to give you greater control over
your business. Productivity enhancements like
Caller ID (including name and number), Distinctive
Ringing, Send All Calls, Speed Dialing, and 5-party
conferencing help your employees to be more efficient,
while a variety of cost control features let you
manage telephone expenses and monitor the performance
of your system. Customer service features range
from Group Call Distribution and Music-on-Hold
to support for voice messaging and mobility solutions,
making PARTNER Advanced Communications System
the choice for small call centers.

NetPerformer
SkyPerformer: For integrated access
over satellite
With a simple software key, Verso's
SkyPerformer software option for the NetPerformer
product line can unlock all the benefits of a
converged network architecture in locations where
terrestrial services are poor, nonexistent, or
prohibitively expensive. Through its support for
satellite communications,
SkyPerformer lets networks go
where they never could before, linking distributed
facilities that were previously isolated from
the full benefits of the enterprise WAN. SkyPerformer
enables enterprises to deliver multimedia communications
using dedicated satellite networks, or those that
combine satellite and any kind of terrestrial
communications links. The result: a single homogenous
network platform that supports end-to-end voice,
fax, modem relay, video and data applications.
SkyPerformer's one-to-many broadcast
technology, called Multiple Addresses Per Carrier
(MAPC), delivers unparalleled performance while
minimizing operational costs because it supports
integrated voice and data broadcast to multiple
remote locations over a single shared satellite
frequency. Bandwidth requirements are further
reduced with NetPerformer's PowerCell voice and
data compression technology.
Because SkyPerformer is activated
by a software key, should terrestrial service
become available or cost-effective at any point
after the application is implemented, satellite
networking can simply be software deactivated,
leaving a fully functional NetPerformer platform
capable of handling all terrestrial communications.
With SkyPerformer, enterprises can flexibly build
and re-configure converged networks with the communications
links they need when, and where, they need them.
